Between 3:54 AM and 5:47 AM EDT (approximately 1 hour 53 minutes), users were unable to sign in to app.viam.com. The issue has been fully resolved.

Our third-party authentication provider experienced an outage caused by an incident at their cloud infrastructure provider. Sign-in requests to our authentication service did not complete while this was ongoing. app.viam.com itself remained healthy; the failure was limited to the sign-in step.
