Drop-in Python library plus two example sensors that expose a hierarchical VariableTree of named, typed, runtime-mutable variables (doubles/booleans/integers/enums) for live monitoring and tuning. Inspired by IHMC YoVariables. Bundles the variable-tools-scope web app for browser-based plotting + scrubbing + tuning. The :demo sensor runs a fake control loop populating a tree; the :scope sensor takes other resources as deps and fans out via DoCommand to merge their trees into a single flat reading map suitable for data-manager capture.
